  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 2 pound Apples
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the caramel candies and butter over low heat until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the caramel mixture over the apples.
  7. Cover the pie with a second pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of pie crust.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
