Ingredients
  • 2 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with fresh berries.
