  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Grease a cake pan and pour the batter into it.
  8. Sprinkle almond flakes on top.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
