  • 1.5 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into the batter alternately with the buttermilk. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
