  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
