  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Raspberry
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
