Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 250 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 400 gram Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 200 gram Whipped Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 10 gram Gelatin
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the biscuit mixture into a pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in water and heat until it becomes a clear liquid.
  5. Add the gelatin mixture to the condensed milk mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon zest.
  8. Serve chilled.
