  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and cool completely on wire racks.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture on top of one cake layer, then place the second layer on top.
  7. Frost the entire cake with whipped cream and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  8. Decorate with mini marshmallows, candy eyes, and pink jelly beans to create a bunny face.
