Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the buffalo sauce and frozen peas.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour until smooth. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth.
  6. Cook and stir until thickened.
  7. Add the chicken mixture to a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes.
  8. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper over the mashed potatoes.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
