  • 2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 0.5 cup Buckwheat Honey
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, buckwheat honey, eggs, evaporated milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
