Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.

Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with pecans.
