Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large bowl, cream together the browned butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the blueberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk, and continue beating until creamy and well combined.
