Ingredients
  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 8 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Place the sautéed broccoli mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the pie is set and golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
