Ingredients
  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir in the chopped broccoli and grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
