Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop into small florets.

In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft and translucent.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and black pepper.

Add the steamed broccoli, sautéed onion and garlic, and grated cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Cut into slices and serve warm.
