  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
