  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the pie with butter.
  6. Cover the pie with the remaining pie crust, seal the edges, and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Allow the pie to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
