Ingredients
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 sheet Pie crust dough
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crust dough and cut it into circles.
  4. Spoon the blueberry mixture onto one half of each circle.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the hand pies with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let the hand pies cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
