Ingredients
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie dish. Pour the blueberry filling over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture evenly over the blueberry filling.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
