  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Spread half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Top with cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spoon the remaining batter over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
