  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon to make the crumb topping.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
