Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake or cupcake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake/cupcakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
