  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Milk
  • as desired few drops Food coloring (blue, red, yellow)
  • 2 cup Buttercream frosting
  • as needed as needed Assorted candies and decorations
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a spaceship-shaped cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the batter into three equal portions. Add a few drops of food coloring to each portion to create blue, red, and yellow batter.
  5. Pour the colored batters into the spaceship-shaped cake pan, alternating colors to create a marbled effect.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
