Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pie crust
  • 4 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blackberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the blackberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
