Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the blackberries and dried lavender.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
