Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 2 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blackberries, chocolate chips, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the blackberry-chocolate chip mixture into the pie crust.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg with milk. Brush the mixture over the edges of the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
