  4. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, toasted almonds, herbs, and powdered sugar.
  5. Layer the phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  6. Place the chicken mixture on top of the phyllo layers and fold the edges to seal the pie.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45-60 minutes, or until golden brown.
