  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 can Canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, canned pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased pie dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
