Ingredients
  • 500 gram Steak
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 package Biscuit dough
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and carrots until softened.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and add the frozen peas. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. In a separate bowl, combine the biscuit dough, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough mixture onto the steak mixture.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
