  • 2 cup Seaweed
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 sheet Pie Crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add the seaweed and spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  5. Add the feta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture.
