  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top with butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the berry filling.
  7. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let the pie cool for 30 minutes before serving.
