In a bowl, mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the berry filling.

Seal the edges and cut slits on the top crust for ventilation.
