  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. While the cake is cooling, prepare the berry topping. In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  7. Poke holes all over the cake using the end of a wooden spoon.
  8. Pour the berry topping over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.
  9. Spread the whipped topping over the cake, covering the entire surface.
