  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  5. In a saucepan, combine mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the berries release their juices and the mixture thickens.
  6. Remove the berry mixture from heat and let it cool slightly. Pour the berry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
