  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the onion, carrot, and peas until tender.
  4. Add the beef back to the skillet and stir in the flour until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  9. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each square.
  10. Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  11. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
