Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 cup Potatoes
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 sheet Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Stir in flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Stir in frozen peas and BBQ sauce.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with pie crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
