  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Divide the batter evenly among a greased muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
