Ingredients
  • 250 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 150 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 piece Bananas
  • 2 piece Apples
  • 300 ml Whipping Cream
  • 50 gram Caster Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 50 gram Dark Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish.
  2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the biscuit base.
  3. Slice the bananas and apples and arrange them on top of the condensed milk.
  4. Whip the cream with caster sugar and vanilla extract until thick.
  5. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas and apples.
  6. Grate the dark chocolate over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
