  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with the mashed bananas and sour cream. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
