In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.

Layer sliced bananas and halved maraschino cherries on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles on top.

Insert popsicle sticks into the pie, evenly spaced.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Once frozen, cut into individual pie pops and serve.
