Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles to fit into mini pie pans.

Press the pie crust into the pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.

Bake the pie crusts for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Let the pie crusts cool completely.

Slice the bananas and place a layer of banana slices on the bottom of each pie crust.

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the bananas.

Top each mini pie with whipped cream.

Drizzle chocolate sauce over the whipped cream.
