  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles to fit into mini pie pans.
  3. Press the pie crust into the pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  4. Bake the pie crusts for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let the pie crusts cool completely.
  6. Slice the bananas and place a layer of banana slices on the bottom of each pie crust.
  7. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the bananas.
  8. Top each mini pie with whipped cream.
  9. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the whipped cream.
  10. Garnish with a cherry.
  11. Place the mini pies in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!
