  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Ripe bananas, mashed
  • For the crumb topping:
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, sour cream, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
