  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, unsalted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl with the mashed bananas. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
