Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Bananas
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and almonds until crumbly.
  2. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a blender, blend the pecans, bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the crust and spread it evenly.
