In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.

Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon and brown sugar.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
