Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 package Banana pudding mix
  • 2.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 2 piece Banana slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the mashed bananas, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture.
  5. In a small saucepan, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the cooled pudding mixture over the cream cheese mixture and gently fold together until well combined.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Top with whipped topping and garnish with banana slices.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  9. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
