  • 2 cup Bananas
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Toffee bits
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, alternating with the mashed bananas and milk.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the cake and sprinkle with toffee bits.
