Ingredients
  • 300 gram Bananas
  • 10 teaspoon Caramel sauce
  • 200 gram Chocolate chunks
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 300 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 10 teaspoon Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Fold in the mashed bananas and chocolate chunks. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
  4. Once the cake has cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and garnish with whipped cream. Serve and enjoy!
