  • 1.5 cup Ripe bananas
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
