Ingredients
  • 300 gram Ripe Bananas
  • 200 gram All-purpose Flour
  • 150 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 100 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
