  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
